1. Order confirmation-Upon receiving all requirements listed below should the production begin:
- T/T Deposit / LC copy received
- A fax copy of signed proforma invoice received.
- Pre-production sample approved
2. Artwork - Digital artworks preferred Formats would be Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Artwork should be provided within 10 days after order confirmation. Otherwise the shipment will be postponed accordingly.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) : For most items, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs-1000pcs/Item/color.
4. Lead time
Usually our lead time is 25 to 30 for a 20ft container,35 to 40 for a 40ft container or 40HQ.
5. Pricing
- All pricing is basd on FOB China.
- All pricing we offered include our standard package.
- All Quotation is valid 3 month only.
6. Packaging
OEM Packaging - For any OEM products, client must provide packaging requirement before during quotation process. The packaging requirement should include information on individual packaging, number of pieces per inner box and number of inner box per carton. For any printing of individual packaging with quantity less than 3,000 pcs, we will charge US$200 per film artwork.
7. Payment Term
Usually we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Irrevocable L/C at sight. For VIP customers, better payment term could be granted.
8. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Samstar insists on outstanding quality. We warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship . This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to Samstar but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty specifically excludes damages to items stored or carried in Samstar products.
